  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or services beyond repair, may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Repair Issues: If the device continues to have issues related to the original repair, we may offer a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances and repair outcome.
  • Products and Parts:
  • Defective Items: If the product or part is defective, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Non-Defective Returns: For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

5. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item or completion of the refund request.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
