3. Requesting a Repair

  • Initial Request: To initiate a repair, contact our customer service team or use our online repair request form. You will receive a repair ticket and shipping instructions once your request is processed.
  • Shipping Label: For eligible repairs, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email. This label must be used to send your device to our repair center.

4. Packing Instructions

  • Packaging: Ensure that your device is securely packed in its original packaging or a sturdy, well-padded box to prevent damage during transit. Remove any accessories, such as chargers or cases, unless they are relevant to the repair.
  • Label Placement: Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package. Ensure the label is clearly visible and securely affixed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Transit Time: Typical transit time for shipping is 3-5 business days. Note that repair times are separate from shipping times and will be communicated after receipt of your device.
