1. Subscription Models

1.1 Basic

  • Coverage: Limited to one type of repair per month for 3 years.
  • Service Hours: Available during standard business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • Response Time: 48 hours.
  • Exclusions: Excludes repairs for appliances over 10 years old and specialized repairs requiring parts not in stock.
  • Additional Services: Available at a discounted rate.

1.2 Standard

  • Coverage: Up to three types of repairs per quarter for 3 years.
  • Service Hours: Extended service hours (8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday).
  • Response Time: 24 hours.
  • Exclusions: Excludes repairs for appliances over 15 years old and major structural repairs.
  • Additional Services: Available at a reduced rate.

1.3 Premium

  • Coverage: Unlimited repairs and service calls for 3 years.
  • Service Hours: 24/7 availability.
  • Response Time: 12 hours.
  • Exclusions: None. All types of repairs covered, including those requiring specialized parts.
  • Additional Services: Included at no extra charge.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Period

  • Duration: All subscriptions are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the term unless cancelled by the subscriber.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually in advance.
  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for early cancellations. Prorated refunds are available if cancellation is due to relocation outside our service area.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: No refunds for unused services if subscription is cancelled early. Prorated refunds are considered if service is terminated due to relocation or other valid reasons.

3. Service Limitations

  • Repairs for damage due to neglect, misuse, or natural disasters are not covered.
  • Services requiring extensive renovation or structural changes are excluded.

3.2 Availability

  • Service is subject to availability based on location and technician schedules.
